Governments, national holdings, healthcare networks, industrial operators, banks, and critical-infrastructure organizations need modern AI. But public AI systems force them to expose the very data they are legally and operationally bound to protect.

Sovereignty
Data residency, jurisdictional control, key custody. Public AI moves these out of the customer's hands by default.
Compliance
